网曝门事件 Health Delano received an 鈥淎鈥� Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for fall 2021. This marks the second time in a row that our hospital has earned this 鈥淎鈥� safety rating 鈥� a national distinction 鈥搘hich recognizes 网曝门事件 Health鈥檚 achievements in protecting patients from harm and error in hospitals.
网曝门事件 Health Bakersfield earned its ninth consecutive Leapfog 鈥淎鈥� rating as well.
The Leapfrog Group, an independent national watchdog organization, assigns an 鈥淎,鈥� 鈥淏,鈥� 鈥淐,鈥� 鈥淒,鈥� or 鈥淔鈥� grade to general hospitals across the country based on over more than 30 national performance measures reflecting errors, injuries, accidents and infections, as well as systems hospitals have in place to prevent harm.

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harms to patients. The grading system is peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public. Grades are updated twice annually, in the fall and spring.
