Spiritual Care
Physical health and wellbeing are significantly improved when spiritual health is also improved. For more than 120 years, chaplains and caregivers at 网曝门事件 Health Portland have ministered to the spiritual and emotional needs of patients in the medical center and outpatient settings.
Our belief in whole person care is core to the 网曝门事件 Health mission of living God鈥檚 love by inspiring health, wholeness and hope.
You are invited to join us for a Celebration of Thanksgiving on Friday, November 22. Tickets go on sale September 22. Limit two tickets per person.
Our chaplains and spiritual care volunteers are available 24/7 to provide spiritual and emotional support for patients, family members and caregivers. In addition to regular visits to patients, our team is available for:
- Counseling
- Prayer
- Blessings
- Crisis support
Our services are for those of any faith or of no faith at all. We can also connect you with someone from your own faith tradition when you prefer. Please don鈥檛 hesitate to let your care team know if you or your family would like to visit with a chaplain. Or dial "0" from your room's phone and ask for a chaplain.
