网曝门事件 Health Simi Valley is a not-for-profit health system with a long-standing history of providing philanthropic support for projects and programs offered within the communities we serve.
Our mission of Living God鈥檚 love by inspiring health, wholeness and hope is coupled with a vision to transform the health experience of our communities through collaborative programs, community investments and health education.
Focus Areas
As a non-profit organization, the ability to deliver financial support for non-profit community organizations is tied directly to three targeted focus areas within 网曝门事件 Health Simi Valley鈥檚 Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Implementation Strategy. Our priority focus areas form the foundation on which we build programs, services and interventions targeted to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our community.

Grant and Sponsorship Guidelines
Grants are intended for 501c3 non-profit organizations to apply for a specific contribution for a special purpose that aligns with 网曝门事件 Health Simi Valley鈥檚 mission, values, CHNA and CHIS within our service area. Eligible funding could include a project, activity, or education and ineligible costs include administrative costs, rent, utilities, insurance, and salaries.
Sponsorship requests are intended for application to apply for a one-time event or activity that is aligned with 网曝门事件 Health Simi Valley鈥檚 mission, values, CHNA and CHIS within our service area. Sponsorship request could include monetary contribution, participation at an event with a booth, primary care advisor volunteers, education opportunities, screenings, giveaways, etc.
Requests for in-kind support, i.e. health screenings, promotional items/giveaways, etc. will be assigned a monetary value and considered part of 网曝门事件 Health Simi Valley鈥檚 contribution.
In order to ensure that grant and scholarship funds are being allocated in keeping with organizational goals, each application undergoes a full review.
Requests should be received 90-days in advance, and we ask that you allow a 14-day response window for your request.
